Parks & Recreation
Welcome to the Town of Ashland's Parks and Recreation Department! The Town of Ashland offers a number of unique and convenient park and recreation services designed to engage both citizens and visitors and promote the use and enjoyment of all our facilities.
What We Offer
The Town currently maintains four parks and numerous trails. These parks include a variety of seasonal activities such as a swimming pool, playground equipment, fishing pond, skate park, basketball courts, and picnic shelters. View more detailed information about town parks.
Our Trolley Line Trail will eventually connect to Petersburg and the communities in between. To learn more about the 43-mile Fall Line Trail visit its site.

The Town is exploring the creation of a pavilion/bandstand on the town lawn directly adjacent to the Town Hall (121 Thompson Street).
