Seminars will be held from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month from December - May. Sessions will be held in-person and attendance is required at all sessions in order to graduate. Although a few seminars will take three hours to complete, most of the seminars will only require two hours of your time.

December 13th: Orientation, Leadership Overview, Town Council, Strategic Plan and Community Engagement
January 10th: Planning & Community Development, Economic Development, and Tourism
February 14th: Intro to Budget, Finance, HR/Purchasing, Broadband, and Regional Partners
March 14th: Budget Development (session will include a Town Council budget work session)
April 11th: Public Safety (Police Department)
May 9th: Public Works and Parks & Recreation (Town Shop)
May 16th: Graduation Reception at Town Council meeting
