Members of Ashland's Town Council recently presented funding to three community organizations, which was made possible by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, that the Town received in 2021.
Circles Ashland (pictured at right) received $115,480 to use toward transportation assistance and other programmatic needs on behalf of the families they inform, inspire, and equip to resolve poverty.

Patrick Henry Family YMCA and YMCA of Greater Richmond received $100,000 to aid in the continuation and expansion of affordable and quality healthcare services provided by the
Capital Area Health Network Mobile Health Clinic, which is located in the Ashland Junction Shopping Center.
Divine Assist received $52,800 in funding to support their youth mentoring and tutoring services, as well as a future youth recreation center.
We look forward to seeing all the great work these organizations continue to do with this funding and are so grateful for their presence in this community!
